Your delivery time and date is scheduled as soon as your merchandise is available. If you need to change your delivery time or date after you have finalized your purchase, contact our Customer Service Department at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery time, or a new delivery fee will be charged if IMPERIAL FURNITURE has already loaded your order onto a delivery truck. An authorized adult must be home during your scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect your delivery and sign the delivery ticket. If no authorized adult is home to receive your scheduled delivery, you will be charged a new delivery fee to reschedule a second delivery attempt. IMPERIAL FURNITURE reserves the right to schedule a service technician to repair any imperfection noted at the time of delivery.
